RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Return & Exchange Window
Return or exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Exchange orders are placed only after your returned item is picked up.
Limited stock may sometimes lead to unavailability of your desired product — in such cases, our team will get in touch to help you choose an alternative
Refunds
Refunds are made only in the form of Store Credit.
The Store Credit will be issued once your order is successfully picked up.
Each order is eligible for return only once.
Orders placed using Store Credit are not eligible for further return or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Products
In case of damaged, defective, or missing items, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests beyond this timeframe will not be eligible for review.
To report a damaged product, please share clear images and details through the provided return/exchange link. Our team will review and guide you through replacement, store credit, or refund options.
Note:
Minor colour variations, weaving irregularities, or natural inconsistencies are not considered defects. These are inherent to handcrafted textiles and reflect their authenticity.
The company reserves the right to make the final decision in all cases.
Unserviceable Pincode / Self-Shipping
If reverse pickup is unavailable for your pincode, you may self-ship the item to our warehouse.
Once the product passes quality check (QC), you’ll receive a ₹150 Store Credit as compensation for your shipping cost.
Store Credit
- Store Credit will be issued within 24 hours after your product is picked up.
- It will be shared via email and will remain valid for 365 days.
- The credit value will cover the sale price of the returned product(s) only.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
