Shipping Policy
- Our shipping timelines vary depending on the product you have ordered.
- All clothing pieces are dispatched within 3 to 15 working days.
- Individual product pages clearly mention the estimated dispatch timeline.
- Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Once your order has been dispatched, the tracking details will be shared with you on your registered WhatsApp number and/or email.
Please ensure that you do not accept any parcel that appears tampered, opened, or damaged at the time of delivery. Shreemahal will not be responsible for such parcels once accepted.
Reverse Pickup for Exchanges
We offer reverse pickup for eligible exchange requests within India.
In certain locations, reverse pickup service may not be available.
In such cases, we may request you to self-ship the product to our warehouse.
The courier charges for self-shipment will need to be borne by the customer.
Tracking Details
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a WhatsApp and/or email notification containing your tracking information.
You may use the link provided to monitor the delivery status of your order.
