4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) by default.
International currency conversions may reflect on the payment gateway or checkout.

We accept multiple secure payment options.
Prices may be updated at any time. If a pricing or checkout error occurs, we will contact you before fulfilling the order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shreemahal ships within India and internationally.

  • Dispatch timelines vary based on product and are mentioned on each product page.

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via your registered WhatsApp number and/or email.

  • Delivery timeframes depend on the destination and courier partner.

While we make every effort to ship promptly, delivery delays caused by courier operations, customs clearance, weather, or other external factors are beyond our control.

6. Exchanges

We accept exchange requests within 3 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed,

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact,

  • The product must be returned in its original condition.

Customized, altered, or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for exchange.
